Production
In addition to medical technology, Murrplastik Medizintechnik manufactures sophisticated injection-molded components and complete systems for industrial applications. There are long-standing satisfied customer relationships, particularly in the areas of mechanical and plant engineering as well as electrical and ventilation engineering.
Production is set up for small quantities of up to a few thousand units, but also for annual quantities in the double-digit million range.
In addition to standard materials such as PP, PE, PA, PBT or POM, Murrplastik Medizintechnik also processes high-performance plastics such as PEI, PEEK or PPS. The quality of the manufactured parts is continuously monitored and ensured in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2015. This includes checking for deviations from the specifications, dimensional accuracy and checking for visible defects. Murrplastik Medizintechnik also relies on the Arburg host computer system for process optimization and cost reduction. This enables efficient production planning by networking the injection molding machines with the ERP system.
